Addison Rae, an American artist and performer, has become a social media sensation. Her most well-known work is uploading lip-sync, dance and other videos on her popular TikTok account called addisonre. Forbes magazine named Addison Rae as the best TikToker worldwide in August 2020. She's also among the top TikTok users. Addison Rae's popularity on TikTok also extends to other platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter. The first single she released Obsessed was released in 2021. It reached the top fourth spot on the New Zealand Hot Singles Chart and then became the 6th most trending YouTube video the day after it was released. Addison Rae received nods for high-profile ceremonies, such as The People's Choice Awards MTV Movie & TV Awards as well in the Kids' Choice Awards.
